You just need to login to your cpanel and then goto the file manager >> public_html folder>> and then upload your files there.

Or by using various ftp client such as ws_ftp pro or cute_ftp or smart_ftp.

You can also use Dreamweaver to edit your pages and directly upload your pages using it.
