» How can I transfer to another hosting provider?

Simply contact us and we’ll arrange the account closure, (there is a
small administration charge, currently £10.00). N.B. For security
reasons you will need your username and password and a letter of
confirmation to close the account. You will also need to change toyour
new hosting providers TAG and nameserver information.
