If you are being rejected by the system, please do not be insulted if you are a genuine customer looking to purchase a product from us. MaxMind screen all orders passed through our system, however sometimes it gets it wrong. For these few times, we apologise.

MaxMind may block orders for any of the following reason.

• The order address is not from the same place as the your IP address.
• Users who attempt to order via a proxy.
• User is within a high risk country*.

Please also note that while high risk countries are blocked automatically by the system, genuine customers should contact our support department if they still wish to order one of our services.

*MaxMind identifies the following countries as "High Risk". Egypt, Ghana, Indonesia, Lebanon, Macedonia, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Romania, Serbia and Montenegro, Ukraine and Vietnam.
